Proper Legal Wording for Your Website

by Barbra Sundquist

internet-privacy-policy.jpgIn this article, web master and Internet business owner Mark McGimpsey explains why you need legal disclaimers on your website, and why you must be very careful about the wording of those disclaimers.

Mark uses wording that is licensed (you pay a fee) from former attorney turned Internet marketing guru Shawn Casey.  But remember – you can’t just copy the wording.  You need to purchase a license. And please do your own due diligence: get the wording checked by a qualified Internet attorney to ensure it is appropriate for your use.
