Anyone interested in doing freelance work from home should definitely use them today! its free to bid on as many projects as you want. The site is very easy to use. Also, there is a contest going on right now. Free to enter, they want someone to create a new logo for their site. Winner gets $500. I used http://www.savvylance.com and completed project successfully, as there are less freelancers so less competition, chances are high getting projects soon.

I also used http://www.HighTechHire.com to hire freelance programmers and web designers from Eastern Europe. the advantages of this site is that it is free to use and the freelancers registered there are pretty affordable.
