I'm currently going through the same problem. I guess I'm just impatient because this is my first website but I've had http://www.mymusicinstrumentals.com up for three or four days now and no luck. It still not completely finished because I still want to add more pages to it but google doesn't know that. I've got some content up and I'm in the proccess of building links. Do I just need to be patient? Any updates on your site?

I am had the same issue with my first website but the best way I found was to start a blog (I have tried most of the other methods). My new website www.ukcomrpomiseagreements.co.uk took only 24 hours using the blog method.

Hi
Google is a minefield, however, my company specialises in selling Mobility Scooters, Stair Lifts, Electric wheelchairs ect, and we have had our site built with google maps etc.
We get indexed every week, as we are always making changes to the site.
www.MobilityOne.co.uk is only a very simple site, but Google obvioulsy likes the continual changes to it. Perhaps you should try that.

I think article submission is the best method to get indexed on google. Try to submit your article to Ezine and other major article directories. The 2nd is directory submission.
thanks for sharing.

Wow, talk about dejavu! My site is in the same category as yours and it is literally taking forever! It seems that niche sights tend to get listed more quickly because of the uniqueness of their content.

Hi Barbra,
Just a thought....I have no idea if it works this way or not...but perhaps Google crawls sites based on the frequency of search terms, and "home business" is not as popular as "personal development" as a search term.

Did u try making sitemap and adding keywords to meta tag,
Must have done..those are enough to make it indexed.Even my blog took like one month to get indexed.
If you have robots.txt it can create problem if they gave blocked google crawler check it out
